To all the Biotech stay away from this company.
Here for pick up. Been sitting for over 1.5 hours “waiting on paperwork”. Even with a reference number, load number the paperwork is not ready. Called twice. Shipper didn’t know and needed to check to see if what I was here to pick up “commercial or clinical “…..still waiting well past my appointment pick up time. Clock just a ticking down as well as fuel because this is a reefer load.. geez people! GET IT TOGETHER!!!
