As a former employee of PCI Flortech( installer) I can speak firsthand. A top flight company that has or had unbelievably talented installers. I primarily worked there when the founding owner was at the helm. Mr. O'Connell created a brand name that was extremely respected through and through. I can't speak of the last 8 or so years of new owners, but if the product maintained its reputation you can expect what you are looking for.
