9/14/2018 Here IS A SUMMARY of my day! I LOVVVVVED being denied emergency dental services to extract a tooth which is BROKEN in half with nerves exposed AND FREEKIN PAINFUL.... DENIED BECAUSE I WAS TOLD "I WAS NOT SOBER" BY AN UNQUALIFIED IDIOT... (100% SOBER mind you lol) AND THEN HE TRAMPLED ALLLLLL OVER MY HIPPA RIGHTS. Reception staff is great but the tech that helped my daughter was rude. Please don’t think that we are all ignorant just because some may act that way!

I have been very nervous about establishing with a dentist until now. I got an abscess and needed a tooth pulled so I couldn't avoid it anymore. I first went to the walk-in and we scheduled a quick appointment the next week after. My extraction appointment was with Dr Hwang, he was so careful to make sure I was thoroughly numbed he almost spent more time numbing me than the actual pulling of the tooth. There are some great staff here, i am not impressed with front desk staff and billing. Without notifying patients, you now have to pay in full instead of making payments once you show up to an appt. Its been more of a hassel dealing with most aspects of the office.
We are so incredibly grateful to PCHC and the unbelievable staff who got our son right in and took amazing care of him!! From the call to get in to the check out process, everyone was wonderful! And to Dr. Wong and Mary.....thank you will never be enough!!!
This dentist office is a complete joke! Never in my life have I had to deal with as much paperwork and calling to follow up, as I have with this office. They are absolutely rude and do not know how to provide customer service. We have been dealing with a billing issue since July and we are due back for another appointment in January (which will be cancelled) because we still have yet to receive a resolution for this problem.
