I have had to reschedule an appointment about 4 times now due to the doctors canceling and I keep getting pushed out 1-2 months. Reception staff are also poorly trained and incompetent.
I have had several Drs there and Nurse Practitioners. My favorite is Ana McGalliard. She is so humble, kind, and patient. She has thoroughly explained everything in detail to me regarding my woman problems. I'm so grateful to have her fill in for the Drs who left on Maturnity leave. I like her better than the other 4 Drs I've had. The office staff have been great when I've called about my problems and have relayed all the info to my Drs. I have had a good experience with the Adult Wellness Center.
