I would highly recommend PCF Property Management who has been managing our rental property in SC since May It’s a breath of fresh air working with Bob He is very professional and responds promptly to my calls emails or texts He has gone above and beyond in assisting us as we live out of state in making sure everything is taken care of and has arranged for various repairs and even assisted with our walk thru We have been extremely satisfied

He was instrumental in finding a rental property for me that no one else could. When I found a property to buy, his flexibility to work with me on the closing date and moving out of the rental was so appreciated. I just hope those at PCF appreciate Bob as much as I do!!!!
