PCC Tile is awesome. Joel from Ft Myers helped me, very knowledgeable. They didn’t have the tile or Marble Sill so he ordered it from the Cape store. He kept me updated when the tile and sill was received in their location.
I worked with Cheryl to match a tile from 2002 that a contractor had broken and she also helped me decide color selections for quartz counter tops. She was never pushy, had great ideas and décor sense! I'd certainly return!
Great selection. Awesome customer service. Really helpful and friendly staff. Better than other tile stores from the variety and price standpoint. Highly recommend!
These folks did a great job of answering our questions, steering us to the same quality tiles that were available at a lower price, and communicating throughout the process (e.g. when our order was available for our contractor to pick up, etc.). They made it easy and delivered excellent value.

What a wonderful business. The staff (Andres) went above and beyond to make us happy. We went on a Saturday and he said he'd call on Monday. I was so surprised when we got the call first thing Monday morning. They are truly on the ball. The delivery driver was also great. Very kind, friendly and efficient. They really made our shopping painless. They were very knowledgeable but gave us our space to make a decision. The prices are great too. Thank you PCC Tile. Pam
