Dr Jamil is absolutely amazing and his staff are also awesome!!!
Amazing care by nurse Cam when I got my iron infusion. He created a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. He helped out everyone at ease during which ever infusion they were receiving and whether it was their first visit or a recurrence. He encouraged us to express our individual needs and mechanisms we use for distraction or relaxation (eg rest, chat, be quiet, read, use our phone for distraction etc).
