I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for competent, compassionate care. Alessia, at reception, went beyond to clear the confusion with my family doctor referral and get me in to begin treatment. Dr. Nigl , my pain doc tries hard to get to the bottom of your pain issue and is a down to earth professional. I will never understand why a rude person would become receptionist... especially at a pain clinic. Ignored me when I tried to rebook and the proceed to give me attitude when I asked for an appointment the following week ( the dr told me to re book in 1 week to ensure procedure are working) she scoffed and put me in over month out. Literally pointless
PCC pain care clinic is a joke, dr Charlotte Logan doesnt care how much pain your in. She cares about OHIP swipes. I have 9 finger / toe amputated, was on the same dose pain med for 11 yrs and she tells me to COPE with the pain ... anyone with a brain, knows that you get amuned to meds and need higher doses, or change of pain med, but not her! I can't say enough good things about PCC Pain Clinic. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. My nurse practitioner has been absolutely amazing. They take the time to listen, answer my questions, and work with me to find the right treatment plan instead of making me feel like just another patient.
