I went to this clinic for 9 treatments during the fall of 2021 for chronic pain issues in my lower back. I found the whole process, with the exception of reception, to be appalling. The appointments were rushed, the Dr administering the shots had to ask me each time why I was there and what treatments had been provided in my previous visits. If she asked me anything at all. After driving three hours from Windsor for my first appointment at this pain clinic, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. I had barely been seated for a minute before I was called in. I was understandably anxious because this was a new procedure for me, but that anxiety disappeared quickly. The staff are amazing, friendly and compassionate. Dr You has pulled out all the stops to save me days of crippling pain from fibromyalgia and arthritis. I highly recommend this clinic.
