Choose another medical clinic. The patient room was not clean. There was alcohol wraps, plastic lids and paper towel on the floor. The medical assistant took my blood pressure wrong. When informing her that it was not a correct reading, so responded with a glazed look in her eyes. I was informed that there were 3 patients ahead of me. Made a new patient appointment over a month ago trying to get a primary care doc for some concerns that has been found in urgent care. I make the appointment with dr Abel Alemayehu, go through all their calls to confirm and verify my appointment a couple days before my appointment date and this morning I get a call saying the doctor wont be available today and that the next available is until September. This place has the worst doctors and staff in general. Adding insult to injury they respond to the reviews with a phone number that no one could be reached at. I said it before SHUT THEM DOWN. I honestly believe they just wait for the patients to parish.
The front desk has no manners and people skills at all. Smh
WORST kind of a medical institute I've ever been to. I wish I can give this place even less ratings. Like other folks mentioned on here; we need to rally up and have this place shut down! We went in for a 3.30 appt with a pediatrician, waited for an hour and when asked the front desk about our turn; they said there were 2 more people ahead of us!!! They were taking patients that just walked in!! Needless to say we walked out without seeing any doc.
