Excellent resource for neighbors who want to take fitness classes. It's a huge plus to have instructors guide you through exercises and develop a fitness plan. You must enroll as a student, then you can audit classes. Cost is about $150 for 12 weeks. I wish there were more "drop-in" hrs. BONUS: now you have a student ID in your wallet to get various discounts around town.
