Katherine Nurse Practioner has been so........ helpful to me throughout the COVID-19 pandemic talking me through the scariest time in life right now for everyone, Katherine has helped with scheduling COVID-19 Testing and with COVID related questions . Customer service here is horrible! When you call into the office with any type of issue, they transfer you to the nurse who never ever calls you back. This is only when you are lucky enough to get a live person. I have had to go into the office to resolve an issue because of this. Something I should have been able to do over the phone. Lately, when you call, you get "front desk is not available". Crazy, because the front desk should always be available when they are open. Never a problem with the medical staff though.
