Wasted a lot of my time. I had to find a new cardiologist & get a 2nd & 3rd opinion (Dr. doesn't know how to treat my rare heart condition)....& my ins. contracted with PCA. Very disappointed. Staff was difficult to deal with for appointments & tests (it took 3+ months to get a test scheduled)& i got zero. Horrible I ended up in ER alot & my health got worse . Cant recommended. If you like waiting on elderly all day (they can't handle patient load & dont hire more doctors) & not getting any help from a cardiologist, go here ... read more
Update on ongoing incompetence.Doctor appt last week with Doctor K.He told me to discontinue a 60 MG diltiazem , and go to a 24hr once a day 120Hcl Er from a 12HCL Er twice a day pills.Change from 25mg Metoprolol twice a day to 50mgs twice a day. Unfortunately I've had to call the pharmacy and doc office three times because the nurses have screwed up the order three times and nothing has been with the doctor told me I have gone back and forth back and forth while my own son is in the hospital right now and they still can't g... read more
Dear New Patients, Run far away from this facility, specifically the Laguna Hills location. This place doesn’t truly value that people come to them because they’re ill. They seem to think we enjoy talking to doctors, paying exorbitant insurance bills, and getting stuck in endless callback loops. If you’re sick, dealing with Pacific will only make you sicker and broke. The doctors and techs are amazing, if you can actually get to them. These people do NOT EVER answer tge phones. Ive been trying to get a hold of my doctor for two weeks. So unprofessional!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous! they are the most careless cardiology group i’ve ever visited they have absolutely zero care they don’t even answer their phones nor relay your messages to the doctors or practitioners i have a freaking holter sent that i didn’t need and now they’re not even helping with how to operate the damn thing
