Horrible to work with the doctor was amazing but the staff is horrid. You cannot get anyone on the phone. No one cares if you have issues or not. We spent weeks trying to get ahold of people and literally had to go into the office and talk with someone. It is insanity. They are not patient centric at all. Which is hard to swallow when you really need answers. You just leave messages everywhere. No response.

As others have mentioned, they keep you waiting on the phone for hours. It really feels like they do not respect their patients’ time. I was supposed to have a lab order sent to the lab. I made an appointment, went to the lab, and then found out the order had never been sent. I had to call the office and wait another 30 minutes before I could finally speak with someone and get the order sent over. I had a great experience at PCA. Atanaz was very kind, professional, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable throughout my ultrasound and took the time to ensure I felt at ease. Thank you for your excellent care!
6 month wait to get an appointment, 3+ months to get a test ran & building is over ran by elderly ,no where to sit. I Wasted a lot of my time. I had to find a new cardiologist & get a 2nd & 3rd opinion (Dr. doesn't know how to treat my rare heart condition)....& my ins. contracted with PCA. Very disappointed. Staff was difficult to deal with for appointments & tests (it took 3+ months to get a test scheduled)& i got zero. Horrible I ended up in ER alot & my health got worse . Cant recommended.
