The team over at PC275 Realty was great - shoutout to Mar Jay Rigor for all of his help and guidance! He really made the whole transaction smooth and done efficiently.
My home was up for sale. It did not sell after 2 decreases in price. Not one person came in the home. The listing ends today and I received an expiry fee of $399 plus hst. Other friends of mine who had there home for sale never had this fee with other realty firms. Not a great experience at all
