PC support group is by far the best computer shop i have ever taken my build to. Having a high end gaming rig causes my to have a lot of nerves when it comes to installing new parts/ troubleshooting any problems that require "inside" work. I have 110% trust in Luke and his crew that when I drop off my build that they will get it working in a ridiculous fast time and not break the bank in the process! I have a Toshiba laptop that I love and have it set up just the way I want. Thanks to Luke @ PC Support Group no matter what problem I have - he can fix it. I would never take my computer to anyone else. He has always given me excellent advice and never tries to pressure me to buy anything. He just recommends and lets me decide if I want to go that way. The company is GREAT and since my husband is a VETERAN he gives me a military discount. I highly recommend them.
After taking advantage of my mother for years, who doesn't have a clue about her laptop and virus' and fire walls, you won't have her business or anyone else that asks me for a recommendation. I never knew she was going to you and paying you lots of money to keep baiting her so she would come back for more. You should be disappointed in yourself for taking advantage of older, hard working Americans.
