Jeff was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We needed a professional’s second opinion on the structural plans for our home renovation. Not only did he deliver a thorough review with a 3-day turnaround over the weekend, but he also provided a creative solution when adjustments were needed. He took the time to walk our contractors through each step and answered all of our questions. We truly appreciate his flexibility and willingness to work within such a tight deadline.

I have using PC Structural Engineering for multiple projects both new construction and remodels. Jeff is always responsive, friendly and quick. When there are issues or changes with drawings that need to be corrected onsite he makes sure to view the property quickly and come up with a cost effective solution. I could not recommend them more.

Jeff was referred to me by a Manhattan Beach general contractor. I needed some structural engineering consulting and designs for a remodel project on my Torrance home. Jeff always gave me his full attention, made himself available for site visits, and always called me back. Jeff was clear and pragmatic with his designs and advice, and is just an overall nice guy. I have been using PCS/Jeff as my structural engineer for approximately 15 years. I continue to use him because in addition to being knowledgeable and professional he works well collaborating to achieve the best solutions to each project. He is available and easy to work with. His plans are thorough and sail through the city plan check process with ease. He adheres to the schedule he gives and his pricing is good. You cannot go wrong with Jeff.

I have been working with Pacific Coast Structural for 10 years. Jeff is an incredibly creative engineer who has made all of my architectural designs structurally sound in the most efficient and cost-effective way, while still satisfying all current codes. I rarely get corrections form the city plan checkers on any of the structural plans prepared by Pacific Coast Structural. Working with Jeff is easy and and efficient. I highly recommend his company.
