We bought a dishwasher at the tent sale. Unfortunately we had a lot of trouble with that unit and for 2 months we went back and forth with repairman. It was a nightmare. Two days ago, we went back to the store. Jimmy at the Patchogue store jumped right in and really helped us resolve the problem. What the service center couldn't resolve in two months, he solved in 2 days! Thank you Jimmy!

Came in to pc Richard for an air conditioner , we got the wrong one, but I brought it to the store and saw Alex the manager, he took it back no problem, and got the right one , hassle free.
