My pc would not turn on so I got online and found a lot of good reviews for pc repair. I called pc repair dropped my computer off that day and he had it running by later in the day. He was very friendly and fixed it for hardly anything.
I had to replace my motherboard. John was able to contact a friend at a distribution center to replace my part that isnt even made anymore. It arrived overnight and he had it replaced the very next day! This is the best of the best for small business computer repair. Kind, smart, fast, and efficient all for a lower price than bigger stores. 5/5 John. Thank you!

Not only was he able to accurately pinpoint the problem with my computer quickly, but the turnaround time in completing the repair itself easily exceeded my expectations. Bonus: BEST prices in the CR/IC area! I will be going back to John and PC Repair for any and all future computer service needs... for both business/work PCs and personal PCs.

I called about my computer Tuesday Nov. 3rd at 6pm, brought it to John with PC Repair Cedar Rapids on Wednesday around 530pm and it was ready Thursday when I got off work. What an amazing turn around. My computer is working better then it did new, he cleaned 40+ infections and added ram for the best price Ive ever seen. He up-graded me to malwarebytes (this would probably put him out of business, lol). Honest, Friendly, Great work, and Great prices.
