If you’re looking for a rental and want to work with people who are responsive and honest, I highly recommend them!
If you are renting from someone that uses P&C please be aware that the way you process things matters. Upon move in take pictures of everything and mark it as a work order or they WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY at the end. I submitted pictures before but because a work order wasn’t submitted, they took money from my deposit for damages that were there before move in.
