Don't go anywhere else – My computer was overheating and shutting off every 5 minutes - I couldn't do anything. I took it to a different computer service first, and after $70 and several days, the problem was not diagnosed. I called Ollie at PC Laptops, and I think he knew what the problem was without even seeing the computer. I took it in that night, he fixed it within minutes, and didn't charge me. These guys know what they're doing and I won't go anywhere else for my computer service needs. JLK2

None of them would help because I wasn't willing to pay a $25 diagnostic fee. I went to PC Laptops last and I should have just started there. Ben greeted me at the door and after I explained the problem my computer was having he grabbed it, turned it on, and began checking it out - FOR FREE!

Because I love you!!! I bought my first PC Laptop a year and half ago. I to put it simply?love a love a it! PC Laptops is Honest and Fair I appreciate tremendously PC Laptops honoring of all Totally Awesome computers warantees. I have had mine in two or three times and the cost for the service was ZERO. They even said I should bring it in annually for a check-up and cleaning, at no cost to me! This last visit, although it was longer than I wanted to wait, Landon cleaned up some infected Spyware and has me up and running again.
