very dishonest I took in my old pc that I had built with a killer Asus motherboard Nvidia GeForce video card, ETC I only wanted to have them troubleshoot it, I told them I didn't have time to do all that because my father just had a stroke a few days before I needed my pc for work, talked me into trading it for one supposedly comp, it was a low end POS HP I could bearly use it compared to what I was used to and 3 months later the hard drive crashed, so they sold me a supposed… See more

Their staff are very friendly, courteous and so helpful! Whether in the store, or calling in or using Home Support, I get kind, patient help with my questions or problems. They work magic for me!! I have been with their service for years. I Love PC Laptops!
I do reccomend PC Laptops just not this location. I recieved horrible customer service from here. I purchaded a computer a year ago. Took it in for a clean and tune. As I have done in the past usually takes a day or two. It's now been 4.When I dropped it off they informed me that i had a unusual power power supply with a different cord. They said it would take them a day to find a cord. No big deal I tell them the extra day wont hurt. This is where the bad customer servic… See more

BEST BY FAR PC Laptops is the best by far! everyone there is great and very helpful when ever we have called or taken our computer in to be fixed or debugged. When we bought the computer they told us we would have a lifetime warranty and they have lived up to that. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at PC Laptops. I have only ever used the 90th South store but I'm sure they are all the same. We love PC Laptops!!
PC Laptops was great – PC laptops checked my computer out and gave me the bad news in a professional way. It's never fun to hear that your computer has been dropped by a friend but oh well. the workers here were professional and when I'm ready for another one I'll be here looking for another one. Great to work with!!
