I don't know what happened in the space of 3 years since they fixed Terry Fishers' phone below, because they have been struggling to fix mine for 3 months now since THEY broke it. Wanted the usb port replaced and they cracked the screen in the process and have been promising to repair it for months. Something always seems to go wrong during the process. Staff on vacation, don't have the right part, staff quitting etc.
