I was at the Sellersburg location today to purchase a piece of plywood and needed only 2 straight cuts. The counter sales person said it can be done so I purchased it and proceeded to building 6. The associates at building 6 said they could on do one cut down the middle. So had to go back in and get a refund. The person at counter sales told me that the people out in yard just don’t want to do their jobs. I then proceeded to Home Depot and they were glad to help. I purchased treated deck boards today and they have doubled the cost per board and the quality is no better than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Very disappointed.
We had the land and the dream over 14 years ago and were unsure what to do. We happened to come across Scott. He helped us contract our house. We would 100% use PC building again. Best decision we made was going thru them. We’ve been in our home now for ten years.
We needed a new door for our 110yr old home. Ryan Rainey was the consummate professional, guiding us in our choices. He did not even flinch when we told him we also need a transom. Ryan started a future project file for us. He made a very big stressful purchase easy.

We purchased new flooring for our basement. It is fantastic. 1 man took up old carpet, filled cracks in concrete and laid the new floor in 3 days. NO MESS was great. I now have the look of a wood floor with out all the hassle . Easy to clean and very durable laminate by Mohawk.already has the backer on it.Sales person very knowledgeable .
