Was having problems getting windows installed after I factory reset my old PC. Brought it to these guys, it was almost closing time for them. They still hooked it up, found the problem and fixed it for me. If your having any PC problems, I highly recommend them.

I was sure my laptop was done for. he was able to fix my laptop very quickly and the repair was extremely affordable.

We worked with the owner and it has genuinely been the best experience. My laptop was missing 3 screws all near where the screen connects to the laptop and it was causing the bottom part to break open. He realigned the hinges and he searched through all of his screws and went through a few different screwdrivers and screwed the correct ones in personally nice and tight. You are a life saver and thank you for letting me get through my last year of college without the entire back of my laptop falling apart

I worked in IT and rarely need any IT support. We had a project: my son wanted to build his own gaming rig, and ordered all the parts. We needed a place to assemble (at home we have cats, less than optimal), and Jeff was nice enough to provide space and oversight in case we got into trouble. That is very different from the normal serivces they offer! We did get into trouble: a bad CPU and a faulty motherboard. After replacements we successfully completed the build.
