They currently have my laptop, 9 days today. I was told they would have it 2-3 days, on the 4th day I called and was told it was being repaired, on the 5th day the same. I had a family emergency on the 6th day and the weekend. Monday I phoned and was told that the computer was ready and I could pick it up on Tuesday. I phoned Tuesday and the lady said the man was asleep and she would go retrieve it at 11, she would phone me when she got it. I phoned at 1:30 because I yet to hear from her.
