Smart guys, not your typical arrogant computer geeks. They treated this old guy like a king.
Great service. Down to earth, honest, and clear. They gave me a clear idea of what to expect and when to expect it. They did all they could for me, and are really going the extra mile by sending my phone out to a third party for data-retrieval. Even though the data-retrieval will be at my expense, they facilitated the entire process and I could not be happier.
