RecommendedHad a few issues with my PC. PC Doctors got down to the very bottom of the multiple problems (many of which online tech support reps had no knowledge of) and now I have my gaming machine back and working in top order. They are thorough, kind, and keep you updated with every step. Pricing is also better than any other place in the area.
My 10 year old computer was diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. (My Power supply died). Fast service and very neat work. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff and the cost was good too!
Had a memory stick go bad on me and they were able to restore the information for me. When they called they told me to bring a new stick because they did not trust it to work when I got home. They put all the files onto the new stick for me. Took the time to explain that all the files were there just not in individual folders which was fine with me. There is no other place I would ever go to for computer needs. Once again they came to my rescue.
My computer died.. Russ at the Taylor Hill office checked it out to see if is was repairable..The hard drive had to be replaced. Russ was very patient in explaining exactly what probably went wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. I had my computer back within the week. Very professional service. I would certainly shop there when I am looking for a new computer or any other tech service I needed!

About 2 months ago, I spent well over $1k on upgrades on my desktop. When I got my computer back, I have a watermark on the lower right of my screen that says windows is not installed. I've called and called about this. I was told by the owner that he would get me a key code for windows so that I could get rid of this. Today I received in the mail a brand new copy of Windows 10 with a new key code. I am extremely happy about this and to their credit, they didn't have to do this, but they did. I have used PC doctors a few times over the last 11 years and recommend them to everyone I know because they have never steered me wrong. Today was a perfect example. I called with a question about my internet problem and after telling the pleasant gentleman that my computer was 11 years old he gave me a few suggestions as to how I may be able to fix the issue I was having.
