I to have been dissatisfied with PC Doctors they had been servicing all our computer needs. When our mainframe went down they were called to replace the Mother board. I had instructed the tech to have it sent Rush well they didn t do it and put the blame on their supplier? I told the tech it was his responsibility he stated this was not his fault and we were responsible too, as we didn t have a plan in place to have the system periodically cleaned. Poor service and I found the store staff to care little about customer service. I was told by the stores technician, my computer problem was minor and could be fixed easily and would only be charged for the time it took to fix the computer. Sad to say it was excuse after excuse as to why the computer could not be fixed. The problem was after NOT fixing it after stating it would be easy to do, I was given a bill that showed nothing more than a fee for not fixing anything. I called in Because i was in need of a data transfer , and the fellow who answerd said there would be a 60 Transfer fee...60 DOLLARS!!!! when i explained that it was only 4 GB of Pictures he said that it would still be 60 dollars. A 60 dollar Fee on 4 Gigs?! no way i suggest going to Northside computers they gave me a 30 dollar quote Half the price!!! Customer Service was also Horrible! They seem more like Sales men than they do Technicians! XD
