I went to this place today, dropped my desktop off this morning at around 10.am. they called and asked for my password so I gave them the password. They claim they diagnosis but they don't it's really a scam to get you to bring your device. I got told that it was only my charger for my computer that needed to be replaced but when I got home my computer was not fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have used PC Doc for 10+ years to repair, upgrade my laptop, desktop and home camera security system...excellent, friendly service with the best pricing in Jonesboro.
My lap top screen was comimg apart they got me a new lid for it and it was only 107 dolksrs very reasonable willl defenently be bringing my other laptop their for screen repair defenently recomend
