From start to finish, their communication throughout the repair process was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. I went here and spoke with an Asian man to get a quote as to how much they would charge me to paint a new headunit to have the surrounding plastic trim paint matched to my car and the first thing he asked me when I asked for a quote was "did you steal it" I told him no and he turned me away saying he couldn't do it so I went to another shop and got my quote without being profiled just like i was here because im a black man with a new headunit that still had the plastic on it
I can’t say enough good things about P&C Auto Body. After my Audi S7 was involved in an accident, they took incredible care of everything from start to finish. 05.28.2025: Had a few other minor mishaps within the last few months and they’re always willing to help fix the issue. Took my car in today and they looked at it right away and fixed it. Really great customer service, I’m glad I found P&C Auto Body! Amazing service from P&C Auto Body. I had to get my bumper replaced asap and after the initial call, Hieu was able to walk me through the process of what needed to be done.
