I went here and spoke with an Asian man to get a quote as to how much they would charge me to paint a new headunit to have the surrounding plastic trim paint matched to my car and the first thing he asked me when I asked for a quote was "did you steal it" I told him no and he turned me away saying he couldn't do it so I went to another shop and got my quote without being profiled just like i was here because im a black man with a new headunit that still had the plastic on it
I can’t say enough good things about P&C Auto Body. After my Audi S7 was involved in an accident, they took incredible care of everything from start to finish. The quality of their work and their customer service were top-notch—they really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. 05.28.2025: Had a few other minor mishaps within the last few months and they’re always willing to help fix the issue. Took my car in today and they looked at it right away and fixed it. Really great customer service, I’m glad I found P&C Auto Body! Amazing service from P&C Auto Body. I had to get my bumper replaced asap and after the initial call, Hieu was able to walk me through the process of what needed to be done. Great service. Got my model Y rear ended. They fix my car and got it back like nothing happen. And the paint job match perfectly. Over all it’s 10. Will definitely refer all my friend there. Ask for Hung he will take care of you
My experience with P&C was very good despite my situation the car. Their initial general inspection of the car was detailed and organized. They looked into the coolant leak of my car but couldn’t find the source so they didn’t charge me for the labor of that task, which was nice. They sympathized for my situation and I could tell they care about their customers. I will be taking my car there for future services because I trust them (which is hard to come by these days).
