Love Erica. Very professional. Located in one of those business studio places. Her cute little suite is always clean. Super quick but thorough. I wish o didnt have to drive 40mins into Tampa but worth it if the person looking at your lady parts makes you feel comfortable.
Rude staff including the owner Erica. No loyalty to the customers. The experience of this business is just not the same.
I ADORE Erica! She is both amazing at her job, but also just a phenomenal person. I would recommend her across the board to anyone. She makes the whole waxing process a breeze while putting you at ease. Whether it's your first wax or 1000th, she has got you covered. An absolute gem. I literally cannot recommend enough! 💗💗💗💗

DO NOT GO HERE! They cancelled my appointment with no notice. The only way I figured out was AFTER I drove all the way there and texted them I was there but couldn’t get in because the door was locked. They have a cancellation policy that requires at least 12 hour notice or you get charged 100% of the service fee. Since I had zero advanced notice I asked for the service credit and they said no.
