It would not matter what the reason I write is.....they would find a way to make the client "responsible" for a bad situation. Do yourself a favor and RUN for the hills. The only interest they have in the client is the commission. When i realize now how stupid and wet behind the ears I was ....well I have to accept that was on me. But to know that these woman know exactly what they are doing to people and for what? a few thousand dollars? Ok....but he who laughs last....well you know the rest.
RecommendedPBT Realty came highly recommended because of their experience and expertise. Joy and her Agents were very helpful and I recommend her to all of my neighbors and friends! They provided service and advice for my Residential and Commercial Real Estate needs.

Melyssa Kannett has got to be one the loveliest realtors anyone could work with. She was awesome and super sweet! She was very knowledgeable and always available no matter what time i called her, day or night.! On a scale of 1-10 she certainly gets an 11! I would highly recommend her and the PBT team.
Worst experience dealing with a broker to date. I drove an hour and a half to look at apartments in the area (I am relocating from out of state) I received a call from a broker named Melissa at PBT about an apartment I was very much interested in. She didn't have the key on her, but assured me her boss was driving in from the next town with it, and due to traffic, she would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour, then an hour and a half, then three hours.
