10/10 would not recommend lady’s in the office do amazing work and I feel bad that they are associated with such horrible service, I will say the owner try’s his best to be fair but something’s are out of his control but for the most part it’s a scam and it’s a slumlord operation
Ladies in the office are amazing, respectful and helpful. Owner himself will find ways to overcharge you. We had a situation where he wanted a family to move in and came by the house two separate times unannounced to show the property only to leave and charge us for things HE should be taking care of. He decided he did not want us to live there anymore and took us to court ( it ended up getting settled but he charged us 500 DOLLARS for HIS LAWYER FEES) definitely a slumlord I would avoid renting here at all cost I am moving ... read more
As someone who has lived in numerous PBS units, DO NOT rent from them. They are absolute slumlords. All their units have mice and/or cockroaches. Things don't get fixed in units until you call numerous times, if it gets fixed at all. They will nickel and dime you to death, making you pay for things you don't even have. They focus way more on the new units, leaving their current tenants in the dust with repairs and normal matinence.
