Terrible clinic. The therapist I saw was friendly and personable but inexperienced. When I first saw her, I asked if she did DBT and she said yes then quickly said also CBT. I knew then she would not try doing DBT with me but only CBT, which is not helpful for my disorders. Mandy is a terrible provider. Don't waste your time. During my first appointment, I mentioned how many meds I've tried and nothing has helped but I was hopeful to find something. She said We'll do you just want to stick with therapy? 180$ billion for her to sit there, not pay attention to what I was saying, and prescribe me pills that have nasty side effects and don’t work at all. Then to top it all off, I got a job working their same hours and couldn’t make it and they tack on another 75$ to the bill, despite me calling them and they either not answering or breathing into the mic and ignoring me til I hung up. Never going back. I’d rate them negative stars if possible
Love the communication, professionals and atmosphere here. Best office I’ve ever gone to for mental health.
The office is entirely unprofessional! I strongly discourage anyone to seek medical advice from Stacy Burka! That woman shouldn’t be allowed access to a script pad. Zero star review
