My experience was similar to everyone else leaving a one star review. I got a call stating I needed to pay $91 for the anesthesiologist the day before my surgery. I was also told is just an estimate and I could be refunded if the price was quoted too high. I didn’t like the sense of urgency he was trying to make me feel, so I asked if I could pay when I was at the facility. I received a call from this company 2 days prior to a surgery that I’m scheduled for. They attempted to collect a $200 copay and threatened to cancel my surgery when I told them that I’ve met my out of pocket maximum with my insurance for the year. I was told that it didn’t matter if my out of pocket max was met because they needed to collect a copay. I don't know how this company still exists and is not under some sort of investigation. similar story as others. they called under the premise that i owe a copay for surgery even though my insurance has no copay. they said they will refund my money once insurance pays out. however, after my surgery I found out that this company was not even involved with my surgery. I'm baffled on how they obtained my information and details about my procedure in order to improperly collect money from me.
Never ending copays even though my insurance keeps paying these dummies. The worst!
This company highjacks you money as a "co-pay" even when your insurance says you will pay zero dollars for anesthesia. They do not take the time or diligence to call the insurance company of the patience to find out what anesthesia cost for each patient. They have no structure with their Drs. to turn in paperwork for billing in a timely many so your money owed is just sitting there.
