I don't know how this company still exists and is not under some sort of investigation. similar story as others. they called under the premise that i owe a copay for surgery even though my insurance has no copay. they said they will refund my money once insurance pays out. however, after my surgery I found out that this company was not even involved with my surgery. I'm baffled on how they obtained my information and details about my procedure in order to improperly collect money from me.

This company highjacks you money as a "co-pay" even when your insurance says you will pay zero dollars for anesthesia. They do not take the time or diligence to call the insurance company of the patience to find out what anesthesia cost for each patient. They have no structure with their Drs. to turn in paperwork for billing in a timely many so your money owed is just sitting there. Rude, short, and completely unprofessional staff. Billing statements are sent out via text that look like scam. Addressing any billing questions is a road to nowhere. Will never use their services again.

I received a letter saying they have attemped to send a invoice and text which I have never received a letter in the mail or a text.... I do not like letters like this that you never billed out my way in the first place, this letter just shows your staff has no common sense and not doing their jobs. "Terrible" fire your staff that does invoices and get ones that care and can do their job!
