I purchased a brand new SXS, and as I am loading it up, Brent says, "Oh, by the way, the fuel gauge is broken, and it's not street legal." Even though I asked if it were street legal. When you come back for your 100-mile oil change, I'll fix it. He did not fix it. He just changed the software to make it look like he fixed it. I purchased a new 2023 Desert Cross HVAC 6 from Brent. I was new to side by sides. Brent was super patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions pretty much any time day or night. I have almost 1,000 miles on my side by side and am still super happy with my machine and with Brent. He has continued to be available to me anytime I had a question or need. Had a clutch issue with my Odes Dominator 1000 and brought her down from Prescott to have Brent service the issue. When I dropped it off he asked me to wait while he started taking off the engine cover in front of me. Found a few additional issue in person and cannot give PBO any higher marks for service, customer experience, and satisfaction.
