PBM is a great family owned company. They are professional in every aspect of the business and we lucky to have them do all of our excavating work. Highly recommend.
The drivers of their trucks use Jake brakes in residential areas. You don’t need to gear down in a 30mph zone in the middle of a neighborhood. Every day these drivers go down 285 speeding and gearing down.
Extremely disrespectful of their surroundings in neighborhoods with close neighbors. Starts with loud machinery very early in the morning with no warnings. They expected us to accommodate them at these hours. Very disappointed in the way it was handled.
The PBM team were excellent to work with and incredibly accommodating of our scheduling and site requirements. Pat took great care to ensure minimal impact to adjacent homes and to pace his work to address runoff concerns. I would highly recommend PBM for your excavation projects.
