I was told my order would be here on Jan. 3rd and here it is Jan. 17th and I've spoke with them and they have lied to me over and over with dates it would be delivered. Poor rating and that's all I need to say right now.

If I could possibly rate lower than one star, I would. We followed all of their deadlines and requirements for our special section and they did not deliver it on time. Not only is the section not delivered on time, no one can seem to tell us why or where it is. I would attach a picture of the problem, but the problem is that nothing is here. Come to find out from other people in our company, every shipment from PBI in the last 3 months has been late. Every day I will wake up and I will curse the name PBI Printing.
