I had contacted MULTIPLE companies for a home inspection and every single one was more concerned about money and up-selling me.. besides this one. I contacted Dan and right away he got back to me. I was also super concerned since this is our first time buying a home and my husband couldn’t be there during the inspection. PBI put my mind at ease when I got the report with lots of pictures and details of what they found. With this company you get more then what you pay for. Incredibly professional, high quality inspection report, extremely detailed and organized. Definitely put the customer first and go above and beyond. They worked all night on my report and submitted it to me the same day as the inspection. That is unheard of! If you need an inspection done, these are the guys to call!
