My apartment is one of the best places to live in PBC. 1) Million dollar breeze and sun right here so you dont have to go the beach 2) So quiet and peaceful with all the windows closed you cant hear the 4am train nearby. 3) Top notch security cameras with signs posted and no trespassers. Also, management has a good relationship with the local authorities for backup security.
