PBC is a professional lab and not a logistics company. Mayo clinic has access to an overwhelming number of logistics services from same day global to hand carry through customs. Lab services are unmatched at Pbc.
This lab dropped the ball on delivering my slides in a timely manner to the Mayo clinic in Phoenix. The had a written request dated 10 May and that request was never sent. ("they didn't have it", but the Mayo has a record and the staff at PBC admitted this to the Mayo, but lied to me about not having the paper work), the upshot was--we spent 4 days in Phoenix, got a dog sitter, child sitter, house sitter and my wife took 4 days off of work and the surgical team was there and ready to go and the whole thing was cancelled.
