If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The manager himself was completely unprofessional, during the hand massage, he was so rough he snapped my gold bracelet and barely offered an apology. Instead, he laughed it off like it was no big deal. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, they constantly try to upcharge you for everything. Dip nails chipped after 1 day. Pretty disappointing result. People were very nice though!
First time I went to get my nails done at Pb Timeless and I loved it. I'm very demanding and she removed my cuticles very well. She painted my nails perfectly. I'll be back soon.
I've had fine experiences here in the past. It had been a while since I've been and went on a whim (after calling to ensure availability). Brian was absolutely horrendous and truly delivered the worst pedicure I have ever had. Whatever you do avoid him!
