I've had major and minor work done by p&b sprinklers, from new backflow and relocation to capping and patching lines. They are experts and solve problems very well.
Although P&B's field employees are excellent, there is something quite strange about their phone person… be it 'Dixie' or 'Alex', who when asked to repeat her name goes with "P&B”. While most trades do what they can to invite business, she instead condescendingly deters it. Be careful… she’ll deny any of her previous rude conducts, accusing you of hearsay.
