I had been trying to find an NHS dentist for a while now since we’d relocated to Doncaster almost a year ago , and I am so grateful I came across lovely Kerry receptionist, who kindly took me on. From the initial warm welcome as I entered the surgery, to the wonderful professional service I had from the lovely lady dentist , who made me feel immediately at ease and was caring and professional throughout , and went the extra mile with attention to detail to help me with my oral cleanliness and care. Been with this dentist for years, Mrs Darshane is lovely, very understanding when my nerves kick in! and knows her stuff. The practice is always very clean and the reception staff are very helpful especially Kerry who is like a friend! Very thankful for a good dentist.🪥
Registered, had check up and remedial work done (filling). From start to finish everything and everyone were great. Ms Darshane is so gentle and calming! Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you.
I called to ask if they still accept NHS patient and I think I was very kind. The receptionist was rude and close the call without letting me speak. I wonder if my foreign accent was the reason for her rudeness.
