Customers can’t call for general questions and tech support. The rudest people on earth. I would never buy a Peerless Boiler again.
I called with a question about my peerless boiler to make sure my hvac contractor was steering me in the right direction. They REFUSED to talk to me and said they would only talk to my contractor. I was always a big fan of supporting this local company, needless to say once this boiler wears out, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Very disappointing, and I’m flabbergasted that they wouldn’t even entertain a simple question.
Customer service will not return phone calls, if you cannot work it out on the website you cannot buy it
