I wish I could give this company a -100, but I think somewhere along the line, the name changed and this company has a 2.0 rating! I truly understand why now! This technician called me out of my name because he didn’t do his job! It was creepy and I had to notify my sons and neighbors! He went downstairs Io my basement without my permission! Todd Knight came out to do a re-Ispection of the windows because someone was to stupid to do their job four months later. I repeatedly asked questions, long story short, he never reinspected the window wells as required, at least four windows minimum, and this fool lied! He wrote down a lot of stufff, secretly sneaked into my basement to try to convince that it was part of the process! I'm a property owner with a triplex in Cleveland. My property manager hired Zak last summer to perform lead testing on the home. He went out and did the preliminary testing, which we failed, but he sent us a list of what needed to be done, along with an incorrect bill. We got the billing issue worked out and discovered he was disorganized, but he seemed to at least understand the lead situation, so we somewhat hesitantly proceeded. I contacted PB Free Ohio to test my duplex in Edgewater for lead to gain the certification. My first call with Zak was great. I felt taken care of in a realm I know nothing about, he said he'd take care of the testing, and the get the application and certification to the city. I got an appointment the same week! Then, it turned. I alerted my tenants and arranged my schedule to arrive for the 8:00 am pre-cleaning I paid $100/unit for (they recommended this so the tests would pass an hour before the tester arrived at 9:00am). ... read more
