I currently live at your Montage at Pecos location. It's no secret that I've had issues as a result of you guys dropping the ball before I even moved into the apartment. I have reached out to via your website, reviews on ****** in regards to this poorly managed complex. I’m again voicing my opinions on how the water situation was handled at this complex. After over 20+ days of not having hot water, no discount is available for rent even though per tenant rights, rent didn’t have to be paid for the days without hot water. I am a resident of Miramonte Apartments. In August I left my residence for 3 weeks, my grandmother died in a tragic car accident and I needed to go to Florida for my family. When I got back I realized that my bicycle, and my boyfriends bicycle, had been stolen from the bike rack provided. My boyfriend reported that both of our bikes were stolen to management. Management here did not want to put out a notice to residence about the theft as to not alarm them. In previous communities that we lived in management put out notices ... read more

The Miramonte management team feels terrible about missing the connection between the report of the stolen bikes and the bike found on property. Items found onsite are held and reported to the crime free officer who visits the community throughout the year.
