The property is incredibly mismanaged. Leasing office is NEVER on-time, NEVER available, CREATES a very hostile culture with tenants, and is overall just very LAZY and enjoy challenging the tenants. They can barely find time to replace the coffee pods for **** sake when 50% of the time they aren't even working - just distracting themselves with their phones and hiding from tenant needs. Its so PATHETIC and having 1 amateur leasing manager and assistant is so pathetic for how large and important our building is in Arcadia. CH... read more

Paula at Montage at Pecos ranch is extremely rude and unprofessional. PB Bell will non renew your lease if you make any complaints so be warned and do NOT rent from them

We just moved in and they didn't clean anything. I told them I'm not going to move in if my apartment is not ready to move in, they lied to me about them cleaning. After they lied, this is what I found upon move in: they didn't change any of the air filters throughout the apartment, one of the hall closets smells of urination, the previous owners left a pee pad out on the patio which is probably why the closet reeks of urine, the sliding patio door blinds are dirty and broken and all the other blinds in the house are dusty, ... read more

Is it possible to leave zero stars? I guess not. So they overachieved by default with one star. DO NOT rent from *************************** located in North ****. They are owned by ** ****. The complex is in a bad part of the neighborhood. There have been cars and trucks that have run into apartment living rooms and trees. No joke. Read the ********** article from March 2020. Just want to warn others, I lived at Montage at Pecos ranch in Chandler AZ. Moving in to the complex there were so many issues, holes in my wall, screen door broke, constant floods in my bathroom. Not to mention the constant break ins of our mailboxes, dog poop everywhere, roaches and loud neighbors. This company is just out for money you will have a move out cost no matter if your apartment is clean or not. My apartment complex was recently sold to a new owner who has a new management company and I greatly miss PB Bell. The property was clean and well run. And they always responded to maintenance requests quickly.

I currently reside at Montage At Pecos Ranch I have been living here for 10 months. I received a letter on January 28th 2018 welcoming me to renew my lease. 13 days later on 2/5/18 I am receiving another note that states "Management has elected not to permit the Rental Agreement to continue beyond expiration term. I have numerous questions on why all of a sudden I am prohibited from extending my lease or renting from any other PB Bell locations without any explanation. We regret that Ms. ****** has had a negative experience while living at Montage at Pecos Ranch. The lease agreement states that the total rent due each month is $1,190.60. This is the same amount that we have charged the ledger each month. The payment amounts differ from month to month mostly due to rounding. I moved into Lakeside Apartments Thanksgiving 2016 within the first month my toilet overflowed three separate times ruling valuable rugs and nice towels that I owned I contacted the property manager and she was helpful her name was DeeDee she made every attempt to appease me but told me she could do nothing for my loss I was referred to Amy Campbell the portfolio director for PB bell when I contacted Amy she refused my claim saying that an active God had compromise their plumbing lines and that they were not responsible as a... read more
