Started using Pb and Drains in 2022 for the escrow inspection on my house with a 1958 sewer line still intact. Have been using them ever since to keep up on the condition of the line. Their website is fantastic- so easy to make an appointment. The video and info sent to you afterwards is well done. They are “independent “ so I really trust the result.
