Absolutely delicious, unique and thoughtfully hand-made pasta, ravioli, and sauces! I normally cannot eat much gluten, but was totally fine eating the ancient grains they use (and they have yummy GF options too). They seem very conscious of their ingredients and the community they are contributing to. Can't wait to return and try more flavors!
