On Saturday, 5pm, and without a reservation? Dinner for 2 was graciously accomodated on condition of cash payment of the check. Come ready and do it! Extraordinary quality, preparation, service and deliciousness! Sensible pricing and generous portions augmented by happy hour from 3-6 providing 2 for 1 glasses of wine. A bonus. Summary: Great food, great deal and great conversation with other wonderfully-social arms-length diners (it's NYC 😉). Four blocks south of Central Park. "Would definitely return".

Atmosphere was great, food was delicious, waitress was super sweet - she was a little distracted though; took a while to get our drinks refilled and get the check... but overall, everything was fabulous. For anyone who isn’t a local New Yorker and isn’t used to the tight spaces, this restaurant has a back room area that wasn’t nearly as packed as the front space and gave us room to breathe while we ate, unlike many other MidTown eateries.
Excellent restaurant and service. I loved it!!!!
